If you would like to place an order you may purchase via our secure order form, submit your order via regular mail or order over the phone.  Orders may take up to 48 hours to process.  Online scheduling is currently not available, but will be so in the near future.  After processing is complete you will be contacted via telephone to schedule an appointment.  If you prefer to set up an appointment via email, please email us after you complete your order and we will inform you of our available time slots in your area.
