My landlord prohibits satellite dishes on the premise. Am I allowed by law to have one?
Answer
Yes! It is Federal law that your landlord must allow you to have a satellite dish installed in an area where you can get an acceptable satellite signal. Although this is the law it is still your responsibility to attain permission from your landlord before scheduling an installation. Any installation requirements requested by the landlord or association to be followed may constitute a custom installation, thereby increasing the cost to be paid for installation. For complete information about this law follow this link.
Will I be able to get a signal from my location?
Answer
Most likely. It is our experience that over 90% of NJ residence living in a private home can get an acceptable satellite signal. In order to be able to receive an acceptable signal you will need a clear line of sight to the south west.
Question 3

this time. After ordering from us you will be contacted via
your method of preference (phone or email) within 48 hours
Question 4
I purchased a system from someone else, but cannot find someone to install it. Do you offer installation to customers that do not purchase the equipment from you?
Answer
Yes we do offer installation if you purchase from a competitor, however regular installation rates will apply. For installation rates please visit the link for Installation Rates.
Question 5
How long will installation take?
Answer
Installation times vary, depending on the structure, however the majority of 2 receiver systems will take roughly 2-3 hours. Add 1 hour for each additional receiver with standard installation. Custom installations require more time to complete and vary with each job.
Question 6
Do I need a phone jack in the room where the receiver is located?
Answer
Although the reception of the satellite signal is not dependent on the receiver being connected to a phone line, DBS providers require this connection at all time to keep tabs on each receiver. If no phone line exists in the room wireless phone jacks and/or phone line installation can be purchased from us on-line.
Question 7
Can I get local channels with a dish?
Answer
Yes. DirecTV and DishNetwork offer local channels in the NYC and Philadelphia area. Please check out the programming options for each provider (DirecTV or Dish Network) for more details.
Question 8

Answer
The best place to install the satellite dish is high up on the residence to ensure the integrity of the signal. Our installers have a tremendous amount of experience and will install the dish in the best location.
