Installation and Services

At NJ Satellite we schedule installations and service calls 7 days a week whether you bought from us or someone else.  Don't waste your time waiting for someone to come and install your system because we have an installation performance guarantee and will pay you if our installers are late!  We also offer free installations for new subscribers in New Jersey who purchase their satellite equipment from us.  Our rates can be found below.

Free Installation For New Subscriber (NJ Residents Only)  

New Subscribers that order satellite equipment from NJ Satellite receive FREE DirecTV or Dish Network satellite systems, FREE Professional Standard installation (up to two receivers) and free programming (for a limited time).  Valued at $199.00 FREE Professional Standard Installation includes the following:

1. Mounting of Satellite Dish to pre-existing fixture.

2. Up to 100 feet of high quality RG6 cable (200 feet if purchasing 2 receivers).

3. Grounding of Satellite Dish to protect consumer electronic equipment from electrical storms.

4. Routing of cables to satellite equipment via a single wall penetration, or from the basement for 1st floor installs.

5. Connection of the receiver to an existing telephone jack located in the same room as the receiver.

Additional cables, wall fishing or custom installation extra.  Please see the table below for our current rates for *custom installations when the satellite equipment is purchased through us.  

*Our installers are trained in optimizing placement of the satellite dish and cabling.  Custom installation includes any modifications by consumer requests.

Installation Guarantee

We guarantee all of our installers to arrive to the location of installation within 1 hour of the scheduled installation, with no vague time windows.  If our installers do not arrive within 1 hour of the scheduled quoted time ( the official quote and will be issued to you via email) we will pay you!  

1. If we are found to be in non-compliance of these terms we shall pay you $15.00 per hour of lateness after the initial hour.  Total compensation shall not exceed $50.00 total.  

2. NJ Satellite reserves the right to reschedule installations at any time due to unfavorable weather or other natural/unnatural phenomenon and does not constitute non-compliance of these terms.

3. No payment for non-compliance shall be sent to the consumer unless the appropriate performance guarantee paperwork has been completed and signed and submitted by you (paperwork can be obtained from the installer).  All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the installation date located at the top of the form. 

4. All payments take about 4 weeks to process and will be sent to the person/address located on the completed performance guarantee form.

  We guarantee all of our installations to be free from defects for 6 months from the time of  installation or we will replace/service installation materials for free.  For more information please  check out our warranty information page.
