Installation Performance Guarantee
                        Nobody Else Does That!

We guarantee all of our installers to arrive at the installation site within 1 hour of the quoted installation time NJ Satellite has on record.  This is the official quote and will be issued to you via email. 

1. If we are found to be in non-compliance of these terms we shall pay you $15.00 per hour (Pro-Rated per quarter hour) of lateness after the initial hour.  Total compensation shall not exceed $50.00 total.  

2. NJ Satellite reserves the right to reschedule installations at any time due to unfavorable weather or other natural/unnatural phenomenon and does not constitute non-compliance of these terms.

3. No payment for non-compliance shall be sent to the consumer unless the appropriate performance guarantee paperwork has been completed and signed and submitted by you (paperwork can be obtained from the installer).  All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the installation date located at the top of the form. 

4. All payments take about 4 weeks to process and will be sent to the person/address located on the completed performance guarantee form.

*Our Installation Performance Guarantee Applies to full installs only (service calls, site surveys, partial installations  and other non installation services are excluded).

Installation and electronics warranty

Electronic Equipment Warranty

All electronic equipment comes with a manufacture's warranty, unless otherwise noted.  All warranty claims shall be made directly with the manufacturer.  

Installation Warranty

We guarantee quality workmanship for all installations completed by NJ Satellite and provide a free 6 month limited warranty that covers any defects/flaws related to installation and installation materials used.  Our extended warranties cover labor and materials required to replace damaged, nonworking installation materials (cable, mounting equipment) caused by natural events outside the consumers control.  Extended warranties are available for purchase and are as follows:

• 1 year extended warranty   29.95

• 3 year extended warranty   49.95

• 5 year extended warranty   69.95

Although we provide top of the line installation services we have no control over natural events that may result in damage to cable and other installation materials.  Be sure to safeguard yourself by purchasing an extended warranty.  Only available for purchase prior to installation.
